Whispering Pines provides an essential line of communication between Communities, Government and Private Sector. It is published quarterly by the Northern Association of Community Councils Inc. (NACC) and professionally printed by Derksen Printers of Steinbach, Manitoba.
Whispering Pines Newsletter is published in the spring, summer, fall and winter. NACC distributes over 2500 copies throughout Manitoba to 52 Northern and Remote Communities as well as a variety of Businesses, Provincial Government Departments and Non-Governmental Organizations.
